Act 2 / Mission 2 - Joining Forces
The main objectives of the mission:
1) Help the loyalist forces
2) Get to the allied reinforcements
3) Make contact
Possible drop zones:
A) The southern section of the station
B) An alley near one of the endangered areas
Both landing zones are equally interesting this time, but they offer different approach tactics. If you decide to choose the first drop zone, you will have the opportunity to start the mission slowly and more safely. You will not have to participate in any battles right away, and you will only kill a few soldiers on the way to your first mission goal. If you choose the second approach, you will find yourself under heavy fire from rebel forces. This will happen immediately, so you have to be very careful not to let anything bad happen to your team members. As a result, I strongly recommend choosing the first drop zone. If you plan to move to the second zone, you can skip the first part of the guide, however, you must remember not to be bypassed by rebel forces.
Now we have to focus on your team. I would not recommend changing anything here. The default setting seems to be the most appropriate. The exchange could be made only once, taking a soldier with a grenade launcher. This is not necessary, but you will be able to destroy large groups of enemy units more effectively. Don't worry that your main character doesn't have a gun with a scope attached to it. You won't need it at the beginning of the mission. The second part of this level will require you to deal with a lot of snipers, but you will be allowed to use a Mule, so that's when you should make the exchange.

The red arrows represent recommended routes to all your main target areas. Read the basic description of this mission if you want to know more. This map is added only for better orientation. Icons A and B are two possible drop zones for this mission. You will need to choose between them before proceeding. Exclamation mark icons indicate areas of mission objectives. You will have to go there to complete the main tasks of the mission.
You will also have to deal with two enemy snipers. The first sniper should be hiding in front of you. He will be standing on top of a partially destroyed building.
