I want to note that the washcloth needs to be dried well after each of your showers, because due to the high temperature and high humidity in the bathroom, bacteria multiply very quickly in it. Also, I want to draw your attention to the fact that different skin types are similar to different water temperatures. That is, hot water dries the skin, which, by default, is not suitable for people with dry and sensitive skin of the body and face. After soaping up, walk in more detail with a washcloth over the places of the body that touch: on the inside of the thighs, under the arms, chest and neck. For the rest of the body, the flowing foam water is enough to clean up. Then, proceed to shampooing your hair. Distribute the shampoo evenly, otherwise, if the shampoo accumulates in one place, then the hair there will be over-dried and will be dull. In order not to damage the hair, shampoo should be left on the head for no longer than 30 seconds. The tips should not be given abundant attention with shampoo, otherwise they dry out strongly when washing, and then split and break.
Time: from 5 to 10 minutes. After you thoroughly rinse the shampoo from your hair, go through the entire length of the conditioner. For a more nutritious effect, leave it on the hair for 3-5 minutes. After applying the conditioner, start cleansing your face. If you have dry skin, then you should use the cleanser only once a day so as not to over-dry it. If you have oily skin, then you can safely clean it, with special means, 2 times a day. I want to draw your attention to the fact that you should not abuse scrubs, and therefore you can only use them no more than 1-2 times a week. Also, regardless of the skin type, you should do an exfoliation procedure (peeling) once a week.
The time is from 10 to 15 minutes. Shaving procedure. This procedure should be carried out from 10 to 15 minutes, since your skin has already softened enough, but has not yet managed to get very wet. I want to draw your attention to the fact that too soaked skin prevents you from cutting the hairs shorter, which prevents you from achieving a perfectly smooth result. In order for shaving to be faster and less traumatic, use special gels, or cream soap, instead of regular soap, as they provide more sliding on the surface of the body and minimize cuts. Do not forget to apply a moisturizer to the areas that have been shaved after a shower.
